M2 litter box can significantly reduce and control odors. With its scented deodorizing sheets and sealed waste drawer at the bottom, it effectively reduces odor leakage. Although it can effectively reduce unpleasant odors from the litter box, achieving complete deodorization may be affected by various factors, including the type of cat litter used, the frequency of waste disposal, and the home environment
M2 automatic litter box does not require special cat litter and is compatible with most clumping cat litters. These litters should have strong clumping ability, high absorbency, and low dust characteristics. Recommended litter types include mineral/clay clumping litter, mixed litter, etc. Please note that non-clumping crystal litter is not compatible
Many cats adapt well to the M2 litter box, thanks to its quiet operation, low-entry design, and safety protection system. We recommend placing the M2 litter box in an area where your cat is familiar with its surroundings and keeping the old litter box nearby during the transition period. Most cats will accept the M2 litter box within 1-2 weeks, especially if you gradually mix the old litter into the M2. For hesitant cats, temporarily disabling the automatic cleaning function can help boost their confidence
When the cat enters, the litter box drum immediately stops rotating. The M2 litter box is equipped with multiple safety protection mechanisms: a weight sensor pauses the cleaning function when it detects that the internal weight exceeds 2.2 pounds, and an infrared motion sensor immediately stops rotation when it detects any movement.
